I have read somewhere that some Americans are obese because their ancestors were adapted to survive famine is it true ?

Hi Muriel,

I'm not a specialist of this area but I don't think it is for Americans only.
I read several times that human body is able to store calories to anticipate lack of food, especially for people who try to eat less as a diet.
