first near-Earth-size planet in the “habitable zone” around a sun-like star
Howdy.
NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration
Earth’s bigger, older cousin! With the help of our
Kepler Mission, we’ve confirmed the first near-Earth-size planet in the “habitable zone” around a sun-like star. Although this planet is 60% larger than Earth, we believe that this planet could have liquid water on the surface and likely has a rocky terrain.

is a system regarded as analogous in its structure or functions to a living body present in that earth-like planet ?

Re: first near-Earth-size planet in the “habitable zone” around a sun-like star
Scientifics found 13 planets like this, who can welcome life, out of our solar system.
Kepler-452b, discover july 23 of 2015 is the 14e (I dont know how to say "the fourteenth one")
... also in big (1 920px × 1 080px)
All discovered exoplanet (most of them can't house live!)
To be in house life, an exoplanet must
1 Be in the "habitable zone": not too near neither too far from the star(s) to have a tempered temperature
2 Having oxygen and hydrogen to get water and carbon to get live
2 Be not too big neither too litle to fix an atmosphere

News from Science
Meet Kepler 452b, the most Earth-like planet we’ve ever found! The planet is 5 times heavier than Earth, which means its gravity would feel twice as powerful, and it’s the first small habitable zone planet we’ve found that orbits a star similar to our own sun.
