Re: collaborative management
Indeed Muriel,
women are more emphatic, and also more wise than men. Men sometimes take risks too easily.
Anyway, a recent study suggests that managers are less and less useful. Some experiments have shown that it's better to let employee's group organize himself.
Another statistic reveals that, in the States, around 34% workers are already freelance. Apparently, it's a strong tendancy.
It's far away from the topic of women willing money. In fact, I think anyone wants money, even men. Talking with some women, I realize that a woman mainly wants to have an interesting life, and to have a man who loves her. Doesn't she ?

Remy I have also read that authority and decision-making are more and more divided between all the employees. It is a kind of brain trust isn't it ? cooperation is much better than competition isn't it ? We should bring up the young generation in that way.
I have divided the 2 posts. It's so interesting to exchange about that.

Re: collaborative management
Muriel, others,
I recently heard about a learning method for young people. The teacher of a primary school had children of different ages. She gave much love to pupils, trusted them and let them communicate among themselves. The result was amazing. Little children learnt thanks to older pupils very quickly. The general level of the class was much better than normally.
In fact, that was the functioning of classes, formerly, in villages...
