Yes it's true nuts change the world. There are a lot of examples. Nuts are Crazy or foolish and extremely enthusiastic:

Hi Gérard, everyone !
Of course it is vital to lead a balanced and healthy life. I sincerely think that to feel well, it is necessary to feel well in one's body and one's head(emotional stability) to have a balanced bio diet (Mediterranean diet: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mediterranean_diet ) regularly practice sport.
When a health problem happens a good diagnosis is crucial. So a competent doctor is necessary (If he is competent he will find a good treatment)
Mistrust those who want to make money at your expense (both alternative medicine and big pharma could be one of those)
The treatment  has to be for the whole man and not only limited to the parts in which 
 the doctors are specialized. The problem is that very few doctors are competent for the whole man.

Don't forget that fidelity without love is nothing. Loving one another is the essence of life.
