To speak about the weather is very useful when we meet our English friends. Weather is a very neutral topic of conversation, it’s the perfect subject to talk about when you don’t want to have a serious or meaningful conversation with someone Tx Gérard for that vocabulary !

However it's somewhat more complicated.
A few adjectives can have different prepositions with slightly different meanings
eg "angry with/about/at", "kind of/to", "nice of/to", "good at/to", "sorry about/for"...
It's not because an adj ends in "-ed" that it is a past participle and that "by" can be used (passive form".
This list is very useful.
However it's somewhat more complicated.
