The prices are very good on that day and we wanted to buy on line a High Rise Airbed Mattress with Built-In Electric Pump with a 60 per cent discount. Unfortunately it was an English website and when we clicked "country" there were only 2 possibilities :England and Ireland.

In my region, many hypermarkets adopted the fashion of Black Friday with -50% discounts for that specific day (not anounced on a catalog), available for additional days on their drives.

After I wrote my post, I better checked: all of the hypermarkets around me (6 at less than half an hour on foot - including 1 Auchan) offer up to -70% till Sunday but with the mention "dans la limite des stocks disponibles"; I'll go tomorrow as in addition to huge discounts, E. Leclerc offers an addition 10 euro-gift for 40 euros expense.
Crazy!
I didn't anticipate this (as far as I understood, it's the second year for such "Black Friday").
