Mens sana in corpore sano is a Latin phrase, usually translated as "a sound mind in a sound body". In the western world, the phrase is widely used in sporting and educational contexts to express the theory that physical exercise is an important or essential part of mental and psychological well-being.
Yes it is very good to explore the brain-body Relationship. It is a very interesting article i enjoyed reading. Perhaps are matter(brain) and spirit (mind) parts of the same substance ? Platon claims that mind and matter are two separate categories. According to that view point, he must be wrong;
