I knew that English speaking kids learned (sorry for the spelling ) nice stories like these but I didn't know about the name:

What child doesn't grow up having memorized Dr Seuss quotes? His words are so lyrical and rhythmical, it's nearly impossible not to remember them.

The two most famous books of Dr Seuss are
The Cat in the Hat, and Green Eggs and Ham
Both use plenty of rhyming words, and don't make a lot of sense at times !
