Coup de coeur
Calvin Russel - Crossroad
And in addition à very nice musik
I'm standing at the crossroads
There are many roads to take
But I stand here so silently
For fear of a mistake
One road leads to paradise
One road leads to pain
One road leads to freedom
But they all look the same.
I've travelled many roads
And not all of them where good
The foolish ones taught more to me
Than the wise ones ever could
One road leads to sacrifice
One road leads to shame
One road leads to freedom
But they all look the same.
There were roads I never travelled
There were turns I did not take
There were mysteries that I left unravelled
But leaving you was my only mistake.
So I'm standing at the crossroads
Imprisoned by this doubt
As if by doing nothing
I might find my way out
One road leads to paradise
One road leads to pain
One road leads to freedom
But they all look the same

Re: Coup de coeur
Hello BernardL,
I like this poem and the music added by Muriel seems quite appropriate.
In our life we all stand sometimes at a crossroads, not knowing which path to choose.
But I think whatever the decision, we should never go back, but rather go forward in spite of the difficulties.
Each road teaches us something. It's up to us to take the best of it.

re.. crossroad
In the first time i like the musik, i think : I have understand the poem but not all the sense.
My 'crossroad' are try for speak not all this language but only the common language or the currently language.
This is for the trip in the first time (but more if is possible).
I have a little more in spannish, and i think those two language are ok for speak in the entire world.
Thank a lot for youre answer
Best regards
Bernard
ps. sorry for my bad English
