Thanks Gérard for that very useful vocabulary. On the phone  we can't see people,  there are no visual clues that tell us how they are reacting, when they're about to speak, etc. so it is better to know those words.

For regular verbs To get a sentence in any tense you just follow steps: Put any noun in place ... past participle form of any verb in place of V3
