Gérard with an eraser you also need a pencil. The pencil to write happiness and the eraser to erase all the  sadness !

Anyway there is nothing to do with what the picture means (about trust) but I find the idea positive and nice.

I understand that even if what you do is boring, it is better to like it !

You are right, it is better to change step by step and not destroy everything even when you are not happy with your life.

It depends on everyone's character.
Some people prefer to start from scratch: true that sometimes it gives the impression to start a new adventure, completely new but chances to succeed are not bigger than think, evaluate and try not to destroy what's good (it may take more time), up to everyone.

In a lot of cases, It is wiser not to start from scratch but build on what we have. but as you said Gérard, it depends on everyone's character.
