Howdy.
I open a new thread, related to ESL Buzz.
We already accessed this web site thru "English Idioms".
As the posts from ESL Buzz are useful and more and more numerous, I choose today to open this specific thread.
ESL means English as a Second Language ie designed for foreigners' learning
Buzz has a range of meanings: basically it's the sound of flying insects (sound of the wings); it also means "conversation - on a casual level, it also means "phone call" ans extends to thrill, to rumour, to news.
IMHO this web site is designed for fluent level students.
This web site has several entires that we can see at the top left corner: "Latest Trending Popular Quiz Menu"; there's also an entry for Teachers.
At first sight, the main page -"Latest"- looks messy with too much color, with ads, with untidy subjects... OK but it's a collection of useful entries to pages of the site.
Go on and you'll find a very rich site that will improve your level.
Enjoy.

How to Speak English Well: 10 Simple Tips for Improving your Spoken English - ESL Buzz
Being fluent in English would mean you have a high level of proficiency in English...
ESLBUZZ.COM
In my opinion, this web page is very useful.
It gathers tips from several irigins
and provides links to other rich details.
I post again here, something I already posted in "English Idioms" and that led me to open this "ESL Buzz" as I found it way useful and rich.
~~~
I'd add the page provides 3 "chapters".
Tho' the title is "How to Speak English Well: 10 Simple Tips for Improving your Spoken English",
after an intro, we are surprised to see only 5 tips,
then we get the titled 10 tips,
then level definitions referring to CEFR-Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (in fact CEFR is a 6-level document and here, LondonSchool.com extended it to 9 levels ( "To make this much easier").
Aside we can find links to other bloody useful items.
Just like acquiring any other thing, being fluent in English requires hard work, a passion for the language and continuous practice and usage.
being fluent in English requires hard work, a passion for the language and continuous practice and usage.
Being fluent in English, as a second language speaker, doesn’t have to be so difficult. By keeping your passion alive and being open to corrections, you can learn the English Language and even grow to become very proficient in it.
