I'm afraid you might have been abused. Kindle is the commercial name of a series of ebooks sold by Amazon.
So not a common word.
I would add that you've to be careful as this kind of product is proprietary ie not compatible with other models of ebooks.

In addition, something didn't please clients: several times Amazon withdrew books that clients had already bought and installed (and were reading) directly from the ebooks, meaning that clients were not owners of the articles they had bought... Amazon did this several times... for good reasons but not very nice to realize Amazon can do what they want on your product!

Many people laughed at them though JC (Jacques Chirac) was right: his word (acadabrantesque) had already been said by someone else.
