If you totally agree with chocolate, know that I'm fond of chocolate but wonder about Nutella and palm oil.
Krystyna recently visited the family of the 2 kids she was taking care (the ones who went to America last year); both parents are doctors and they give Banania instead of Nutella to their children.

I agree that chocolate is very good and cheers me up.
For my grand children I buy bio-chocolate soft margarine (I don't know if it's a good translation) they love it.

Gérard don't you think a mentor or guru is very important in certain civilizations not in everyone. I have always been distrustful of gurus.
