Take off
also means remove=>I take off my jacket or imitate=>James is good at taking off our teacher (I didn't know that one)
take out on
He took his anger out on his wife(passa sa colère)
take on
He refused to take on any more work.

Take to
Something I'd like to say about "take" is... not a phrasal verb but a simple preposition.
For example: "I take the children to school"
In French, the verb "prendre" means I go to school to join the children then we all come back home.
When, in English, they say the above sentence, it's the opposite, the "take" means to convey or to drive or... to go to school with the children then leave without them.
