Gérard it means "first and foremost, hate globish" or "more than anything, hate globish". Do you think "most of all" doesn't exist ?

Gérard, i didn't express myself well . One of the tips among the 12 you mentioned is "don't accept mediocrity". For me Globish or broken English which is the English people speak in congresses for instance is "mediocrity"and i advise people not to accept it.
