Gérard I agree that it is important not to hurt people but I also know that family secrets are devastating ! Of course one has to tactfully let them out with the help of a psychologist for instance.

There were four University sophomores taking chemistry and all of them had an A so far.
These four friends were so confident that the weekend before finals, they decided to visit some friends and have a big party.
They had a great time but, after all the hearty partying, they slept all day Sunday and didn't make it back to school until early Monday morning.
Rather than taking the final then, they decided that after the final they would explain to their professor why they missed it.
They said that they visited friends but on the way back they had a flat tire. As a result, they missed the final.
The professor agreed they could make up the final the next day.
The guys were excited and relieved.
They studied that night for the exam.
The next day the Professor placed them in separate rooms and gave them each the 100 point exam.
They quickly answered the first problem worth 5 points. Cool, they thought! Each one in separate rooms, thought this was going to be easy.
Then they turned the page.
On the second page was written... For 95 points: Which tire? ____

A wealthy lawyer was riding in his limousine when he saw two men along the roadside eating grass. Disturbed, he ordered his driver to stop and he got out to investigate.
He asked one man, "Why are you eating grass?"
"We don't have any money for food," the poor man replied. "We have to eat grass."
"Well then, you can come with me to my house and I'll feed you," the lawyer said.
"But sir, I have a wife and two children with me. They are over there, under that tree."
"Bring them along," the lawyer replied. Turning to the other poor man he stated, "You come with us too."
The second man, in a pitiful voice then said, "But sir, I also have a wife and SIX children with me!"
"Bring them all, as well," the lawyer answered.
They all entered the car, which was no easy task, even for a car as large as the limousine. Once underway, one of the poor fellows turned to the lawyer and said, "Sir, you are too kind.
Thank you for taking all of us with you."
The lawyer replied, "Glad to do it. You'll really love my place... the grass is almost a foot high!"
