I publish this picture less for the fire pit idea but for "Yay" or "Nay".
I never saw the spelling "yay"... usually it's yea or yeah
-> yea and nay are used for political polls ("the yeas and the nays", "the nays have it!")
-> yeah is used informally
-> sometimes yea but more often, nay is used to insist (neaning of indeed, French "voire...", "je dirais même mieux...")

Muriel, in my mind "sales pitch" is pejorative.
- "sales point" is "argument de vente"
- "sales talk" is "argumentaire"
- "sales pitch" is "boniment (de vente)".
Could we check this please?

An honest salesman should help the customers to choose what they really need and pays attention to the fact that what they need has a good price-quality ratio.
