Muriel,
On the pic, "reword" is a noun.
It's a pun: "reword" takes for "reward".

English is very much a composite of other languages (which makes it so weird!). Here are some words we've imported from around the world.

Re: Internet English Resources - Grammarly.com 3
Hello Muriel and everyone
First of all I had to surf the internet and find out what is "anti-proverb". Miguel de Cervantes defined a proverb as “a short sentence based on long experience.”According wikipedia :An anti-proverb is the transformation of a standard proverb for humorous effect. Mieder defines them as “parodied, twisted, or fractured proverbs that reveal humorous or satirical speech play with traditional proverbial wisdom”. To have full effect, an anti-proverb must be based on a known proverb. For example, “If at first you don’t succeed, quit” is only funny if the hearer knows the standard proverb “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.” Anti-proverbs are used commonly in advertising. Anti-proverbs are also common on T-shirts, such as “Taste makes waist” and “If at first you don’t succeed, skydiving is not for you”.
You know I am sometimes into poetry and I think that anti-proverbs are part of a modern poetry, a way to see ordinary life through new glasses … I like thess ones : Don’t bite the hand that looks dirty ! » « Virtue is its own punishment » Don’t count your chickens in midstream » and « What doesn’t kill you makes you stranger »…and a last one : You're Never Too Old To Learn But You Can't Teach An Old Dog New Tricks…

Hi Muriel, Jean-Pierre,
In Muriel's example, the "true proverb" is "Haste makes waste".
Now, "taste makes waist" can be good or not.
Taste without eating can be good for the waist but tasting this and that looks bad for the waist, right?
