Aw, Grammar and Gramper!
ESL Tip: "Grandma" is often shortened in speech to "Gramma," hence the word play with grammar here. Similarly, "Gramper" is a modified speech version of "Gramps," which is itself a vocal simplification of "Grandpa."

The only way I see with "her" might be "She told him about her only loving him"
