In both cases communication is difficult
To effectively communicate, we must realize that we are all different in the way we perceive the world and use this understanding as a guide to our communication with others.

Good question Muriel.MurielB a écrit:Gérard, what is a lingovore ?
I didn't write "Personally, I'm a lingovore." myself, it's a comment on Grammarly.com.
I understand the author means he's fond of ling, a river fish, but I'm not 100% sure it doesn't have another meaning.

Happy first day of fall! (Or autumn?)
Why Is Autumn the Only Season With Two Names?
It's the first week of fall-or perhaps I should say "autumn." How did autumn become the only season with two names?

- this article might be interesting for you.
- let's repeat in some countries, the seasons change at the beginning of the month
> "spring of the leaf and fall of the leaf"
I personally liked this article... I learned many things and especially that the French "printemps" came from "primetemps", interesting no? when you know the Latin word was "ver", you better see the link between Fr-printemps and Italian-primavera.

While the modern names of winter and summer have been around for more than 1000 years, the names of fall and spring are more recent—and less constant.

Autumn/Fall also fills us with sadness.Autumnal scenes with yellow, orange and red are beautiful but very melancholic.
