You are right but there's something else...
Take care of (foreign) languages especially American... I guess it's the same in any language including French but in French I easily catch the context.
I came back from my first immersion in the American language with the idea/certainty that behind every word, there may be an ambiguity because there's very often a double-entendre (Fr sous-entendu grivois) and very often it means "gay" (crazy the number of English words around this). To really learn a language, you need a very good friend with lots of patience (thus I could learn much with a girlfriend).
I assume that for Grammarly, pointing out a big ambiguity, thinks of a slang meaning... in French, we've got the same sexual meaning behind the word "nuts". Look it into your dictionary.
An anecdote: I remember a young Italian girl who spoke a very fluent French. She asked a friend of hers: "Tu vas coucher ?" (instead of "Vas-tu te coucher ?"): I taught her the ambuguity of her words
