Muriel, a company is designed for money, it is in the definition.

Keep a positive eye. When there's a catastrophe in a company, the board has to transform it into an apportunity to better work in the future.

Don't you think other purposes could be also useful ? workplace wellness (less absenteism in that case) inovative products etc. when the company only focusses on money it could be bad for the employees and bad for the quality !

The saying "Transform a problem into an opportunity" is frequently used by company boards when the company gets into big troubles.
The oldest example I have in mind is mercury found in American cans of Perrier while Perrier was communicating on the "Champagne des eaux de table".
Big trouble isn't it? The company wonderfully took the opportunity to both counter criticism and develop sales.

This was frequently re-used since then: problems with cars, etc sometimes not so well such as for the danger in drinking Coke directly from the can...

Anyway, in a serious company, they often mange to transform the biggest problems into big opportunities; 2 key points:
- react very quickly
- recall the products when we don't have a better instant idea.

Muriel, if the board doesn't react, the company will lose millions/billions and unemployment will come.

seen in this way, you are right.

For me it is "led". Is it leaded in Am ? I will have to memorize it  then.
